Room Spotlight!! Second bedroom!

Nautica Room Spotlight!! Living room!

As you walk in the front door, you greeted by an open concept, living room, dining room and kitchen. The living is thoughtfully, decorated in nautical theme with charming historical touches! We wanted to make this living room feel like the ultimate family gathering place with ample seating and comfy power, reclining couches, and recliner. You can’t go wrong with the seating options in this living room! There is also a beautiful reading nook with comfy cushions and throw pillows with internal lighting for those nighttime readers! You could also use the lighting on the custom built backlight ships wheel feature if you wanted a dimmable ocean experience! There is a 65-inch Roku smart TV with HDMI hookups and Wi-Fi connected! Log into your favorite streaming platform and watch to your heart’s content or turn on the backdrops app and watch a slideshow of some of our favorite pictures! there are ocean views from every spot in the living room and reading nook, you seriously cannot pick a bad seat in the house!

Hello and welcome to Porch Swing Paradise 2.0! When we started porch swing paradise last year I did a room spotlight which highlighted all the different rooms and features available in the house. I would love to do the same with Nautica, our new beach house! Starting with the wrap around deck!

While I know it’s not a room, it is an outdoor living space that deserves its own spotlight! Start off your morning with an amazing cup of coffee or mimosa and a sunrise watching from the bar with polwood stools or the bar top Adirondack chairs with soft cushions, or you definitely cannot go wrong watching the sunrise from the porch swing that is an oversized daybed porch swing! This amazing deck that only has phenomenal views that has ample seating! The deck also features dimmable party lights and a propane grill! Whether your goal is to unwind by feeling the ocean breeze and waves crashing in the background or grilling up a feast, this deck is sure to accommodate your needs!
