❌ This Bathtub Missed the Whole Point

You know what’s surprising? A bathtub that looks beautiful but isn’t comfortable to sit in.

This one has almost no slope on the back, which means there’s no comfortable way to lean back and relax. Instead of a spa-like experience, you’re basically sitting upright in water.

It’s a great reminder that good design isn’t just about appearance—it’s about how people actually use something.

🚨 Airbnb Design Fail? 🚨

I’m absolutely loving the Airbnb we’re staying in… but there’s one thing about the powder room that has me scratching my head. 🤔

When you’re staying in a house with a lot of guests, every bathroom becomes valuable real estate while everyone is getting ready. This powder room is missing one very important feature that would make it so much more functional.

🏄‍♂️ Thinking about learning to surf? You might be surprised to learn that Galveston is a fantastic place to start!

While we’re currently enjoying Maui and the kids had an amazing surf lesson there, I have to admit that when we’ve surfed in Galveston, we actually caught more waves and found it to be an easier place for beginners to learn. 🌊

A big shoutout to Ohana Surf & Skate Shop! Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about helping new surfers get started. Whether you’re looking for lessons, a surfboard rental, or expert advice on purchasing your own board, they’ve got you covered.
