Most Valuable Student Scholarship!!! The 2027 application deadline is November 12, 2026.

Eligibility:
Current high school seniors, or the equivalent, who are citizens of the United States are eligible to apply.

Applicants do not need to be related to a member of the Elks.

Scholarships are available only to students who enroll in 4-year undergraduate degree programs at accredited U.S. American colleges or universities.

VETERANS!!! Ga***rd B.C. Pizza is the proud sponsors for the Ga***rd Area Elks Lodge #2544's September Veterans Dinner!

Join us at the Elks Lodge (116 Grandview Blvd, Ga***rd) on September 3rd at 5pm for pizza, salad and dessert.

While donations are welcomed, this is a FREE dinner to recognize the service of our local veterans.

We had a GREAT Lodge meeting last night, we voted in five members! We had three Reinstatement: Larry Allen, Lori Allen, and Lee Olsen. Then... two new members voted in and went thru Initiation: Kathy Meagher and Laurie Noa. Let's WELKome them into our great Order!

Ga***rd Area Veterans... join us for our monthly Vetetan Dinner, Thursday, August 6th at 5pm at the Elks Lodge.

We will be serving traditional comfort food meal of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Free... to recognize your service. Donations are welcome.

At the Elks National Convention, the District Deputy Grand Exalted Rulers (DDGERs) were formally installed as part of the Grand Lodge’s leadership ceremonies. DDGERs serve as key liaisons between the Grand Exalted Ruler and the lodges in their district and we are honored to have the one for the Michigan’s Northeast District #4240 come from OUR lodge… Karin Schellie. Congratulations and best of luck in this new role and responsibility!

It was a wonderful experience attending the Grand Lodge Convention in Chicago. The Ga***rd Area Elks Lodge members who attended had a great time, was able to network and learn so much, and even got a chance to volunteer in the Michigan Elks Association Hospitality Room!

VETERANS... COME ONE, COME ALL!

Join us tomorrow night, June 4th, at 5 pm at the Ga***rd Area Elks Lodge for a big summer BBQ!

We'll be serving brisket, ribs, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and mac and cheese to those who has served!

If you're a Veteran, come. If you know a Vetetan, bring them along! It's a free dinner from us to you! See you there!
