It is available from now until the end of May 2027, it will be approximately a 9 month lease. At the end of the lease, we will help you find another place to live if needed. 
-This home is fully furnished including 2 queen beds, dressers, and a full kitchen and is newly remodeled.
-It includes ALL utilities except for snow shoveling. We do maintain the private road where you will park.
-Sleeps up to 4 people.
-The home does not have laundry. There is a laundry facility in town.
-$1600 security deposit due at lease signing.
-$1600 rent due at move in.
-No pets/ no smoking
-located on Otsego Lake across the street from Porter Haus and Bennethum’s restaurants.
