Four years. ❤️
As we celebrate Chi-cuterie’s fourth anniversary this month, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude and humbled to see our story featured in Persona Tri-Cities.
When Robert and I opened the doors to THE CHI, we had a vision for something bigger than charcuterie boards and wine. We dreamed of creating a place where people could gather, celebrate life’s milestones, connect with friends, support local makers, and feel genuinely welcomed.
Over the past four years, we’ve watched engagement celebrations turn into weddings, weddings turn into baby showers, strangers become friends, and customers become family. We’ve shared in your joys, supported one another through challenges, and built something together that is so much more than a business.
This journey hasn’t always been easy. Like every small business owner, we’ve faced uncertainty, long hours, sacrifices, and moments when we simply had to trust the process. Through it all, your support, encouragement, and belief in what we’re building have carried us forward.
Being featured in Persona Tri-Cities feels especially meaningful because this story isn’t just ours—it’s a reflection of the incredible community that has embraced us, championed us, and made Chi-cuterie what it is today.
