Job Title: Equipment Operator / Route Service Driver

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available, but not mandatory)
About the Role
G&T Services LLC is currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Equipment Operators / Route Service Drivers to join our growing team in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full paid training! In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our equipment—from portable restrooms to handwash stations—is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Service & Sanitize: Perform routine cleaning, flushing, and restocking of units to ensure a clean, safe experience for every customer.
- Equipment Logistics: Safely deliver, place, and pick up equipment at various job sites, construction projects, and event venues.
- Maintenance: Conduct minor on-site repairs and equipment upkeep to keep our fleet in top shape.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate route documentation, provide feedback on route efficiency, and strictly adhere to all safety and transportation regulations.
- Team Support: Work independently while maintaining clear communication with dispatch and occasionally assisting team members with logistics.
What You’ll Bring
- Transport: Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own reliable transportation to and from work.
- Eligibility: Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for professional interactions with customers and dispatch.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs and handle physical demands (stretching, climbing, working outdoors in all weather conditions).
- Attitude: Willingness to work in diverse environments and handle the realities of the sanitation industry with professionalism.
