We have Long Term spots available for $675.00 plus electric. Water sewer garbage and cable tv are included. We also have a laundry room available. Anyone who applies must do a background check at the cost of $35 per person anyone over 18.

If your trailer is more than 10 years old all we need are pictures to assure it is in good shape. The full time spots are in A section which faces the airport. Max length is 36ft

WE OFFER SPACES FOR RV'S AND TRAVEL TRAILERS FROM 20FT TO 45FT. ALL OF OUR SPACES ARE FULL HOOKUP, AND MANY OF OUR SPACES OFFER A OCEAN VIEW. AND WE HAVE A REC ROOM THAT ANY VISITOR MAY USE FOR A FAMILY EVENT, REUNION, OR JUST A BUNCH OF FRIENDS GETTING TOGETHER (equipped with a BBQ, Microwave)

We had a young deer come though the park this afternoon checking us out First time I've ever seen a deer this far down :-)

We have OCEAN VIEW spots from 25ft to 50ft. All of our sites are Full Hookup for $75 a night stay for 7 days and only pay for 6. Less than a 2min walk to the sand. We also have non ocean view sites also full hookup for $65.00 a night. Walking distance to Jerry's Jets Boats. And less than a 5 min walk to the river.

We also have a small store for those things you forgot. We also sell ice, candy, soda pop, water, bait and some fishing stuff.

We also have a Rec Room that everyone is free to use for family get together s or special occasions
