Mmmmm....... artichoke goodness!! Layered in fresh organic eggs and cheese! Then topped with our herbal deliciousness featuring parsley (which is natural medicine by the way 🥰😃)fresh lemon, organic almonds, local honey and some secret goodness we infuse into every bite!

Our Royal Afternoon Tea begins with our opening handcrafted Herbatinis (no alcohol) that are made with botanical extractions we make by hand using our organically grown flowers and herbs! Then we have an opening soup or salad made with organic goodness and followed by our delicious tiered tea tray! We make our scones from scratch using our fresh ground Einkorn grains (easy to digest for those of you staying away from gluten) and have wonderful house made lemon curd made from the lemons we grow here on site! Organic finger sandwiches, savory treats, chocolate, fresh fruit and pastry! And of course a large assortment of teas (several of which we grow the plants here on site)! A lovely experience in our botanical setting with all the details!

Chef Kim Cherie is planning some amazing goodness for this one and the weather is so lovely! The gardens are in bloom!!!🥰

This Afternoon tea in March 9th at 1pm is available for both overnight guests as well as our local guests! Cost is $65 and is non refundable once booked. We are a 21 and older venue. Please note that this menu will include wheat and dairy items.

We have a couple openings left for this Saturday's APRIL 4TH @10:30AM COMMUNITY SPRING BRUNCH at Endicott Gardens Bed & Breakfast and Spa Gold Beach !! Menu I am still working on, but it will be from scratch, farm to table, organic goodness!!! We grind our organic einkorn grains into fresh flour to make our foods, so if you haven't tried Einkorn wheat yet, you will love it! Naturally lower in gluten, it is the oldest known Biblical grain!
