Ohhh y'all..we've been waiting for this day!!!

Ashtyn has been busy with a little side project, and she absolutely nailed the deliverable. 🤲🥳🤩

Please welcome SynergyBuilt’s newest (and smallest) team member: Lucy Louise Barker! 🩷

Ten tiny fingers. Ten tiny toes. Zero construction defects. Extremely strong curb appeal.

Lucy has officially arrived and is finally home from the NICU after a 20-day stay-HOORAY! While her current skill set appears limited to sleeping, eating and being aggressively adorable, we see tremendous potential. She’s already got Bennett handling big brother duties, Yadi on security, and Ashtyn and Reid operating on what is no doubt a medically inadvisable amount of sleep.

Congratulations to Ashtyn, and her beautiful family. We are completely smitten and so incredibly happy for you!

Welcome to the family, Lucy. You’re hired!

Start date is flexible. The snacks are solid. 🩷

Sooooo...our Trade Show fun isn't quite finished!

For this , we’re giving one more well-deserved shoutout to Devonte Thompson, Maintenance at Preakness Apartments with RADCO Properties, an Honorable Mention winner from the !

🎉 ONE YEAR OF CAROLE CONNELL! 🎉

Today marks one year since Carole joined SynergyBuilt as our Sales Director, bringing with her a whole lot of experience, a heart of gold, and the kind of genuine warmth that makes everyone feel like a good friend.

In just 365 days, she’s built relationships, opened doors, championed our team, kept us laughing, and made an undeniable mark on something totally new to her. Carole is equal parts sharp businesswoman and Southern sweetheart, with an inherent sparkle very few have. Basically, she's the Dolly Parton of our business. And yes, that is the highest compliment we know how to give!

She doesn’t just sell what we do. She believes in every one of us doing it. She celebrates us, encourages us, and makes it all so much fun along the way.
