A great Friday at attending the Leadership Conference! The SynergyBuilt team was in full force, learning about team culture, stress management and brand. Thank you to the Education Committee and the GNAA staff for a great event!

At SynergyBuilt, growth isn’t just about taking on more work. It’s about bringing the right people to the table to make the work better.

We’re excited to welcome Chris Borerro-Font as our new Senior Project Manager!

Building a strong team means investing in people who bring their own experience, perspective, and strengths to the job. It means creating an environment where great people can do great work, challenge each other to get better, and make a meaningful difference in what we deliver for our customers.

Chris is our latest addition to that equation, and we’re looking forward to what we’ll accomplish together.

Help us give Chris a warm SynergyBuilt welcome! 👏

OH WHAT A NIGHT! GNAA Election Night delivered everything we love about this industry: great people, solid costume choices, a little friendly competition, and a whole lot of reasons to celebrate!

For us, the night came with star-spangled flair. Jay McClain was an incredible Uncle Sam, Carole Connell was the best Statue of Liberty, and Olivia McClain proudly flew the American flag. The commitment to the bit? Impeccable. The photo evidence? Glorious.

But the big takeaway of the night: Jay McClain being elected Supplier Director on the 2027 GNAA Board of Directors! 🎉We’re ridiculously proud to see him step into this role and represent the supplier side of an industry we all care so much about. A sincere thank you to everyone who voted, supported, clicked like, and shared in the campaign fun along the way. We appreciate every bit of the support! We’re big believers in being at the table, not just in the room. We’re excited to see Jay help shape what’s next for GNAA. Here’s to stronger partnerships, fresh ideas, and a great year ahead for our industry.

And to everyone who brought their A-game in the costume department: we see you. The bar has been raised. The group chat is already planning for next year.

Congratulations, Jay! We’re cheering you on all the way. 🥳

Totally rad day in Antioch! 📼

was proud to sponsor today’s GNAA Apartment Tour, and our crew went all in on the 80s theme. Big hair, neon, and some great communities!

We visited:

🏙️ Hobson Flats: brand new lease-up making its debut
🏡 Estates at Cane Ridge: build-to-rent living done right
🎶 Lyric on Bell: a renovation with fresh energy
✨ Novo at Hickory Highlands: another brand new lease up

Thank you to the Greater Nashville Apartment Association for putting together such a great event, and to every property team who opened their doors and showed us around. Antioch is growing fast, and it was awesome to see it up close.

Same time next year? Like, totally. 🕶️

Budget Boot Camp, but make it fun! 🙌👏

The team sponsored NexGen’s Budget Boot Camp in Clarksville Tuesday with prizes, a little energy, and a much-needed break from the budget grind.

We’ll always take an excuse to show up, have some fun, and spoil some of our favorite people. Thanks for having us, NexGen! 🧡

We probably shouldn’t be this excited about hiring someone from the other side. But here we are. 🤣😁

We're thrilled to announce Linda Loftin has joined the SynergyBuilt team as a Business Operations Manager. 🎉

Linda comes to us from property management, which means she speaks fluent multifamily, knows why you're calling and knows what you need. The value she brings- aside from this fact- is substantial.

We’re excited to have Linda bring her experience, insight, and opinions about how vendors can do things better.

Just us, consistently leveling up over here.😉

Welcome aboard, Linda. 👋

All the right ingredients for a fantastic night!

Last night’s GNAA B**r, Butts & BBQ brought together great food, great people, and a whole lot to celebrate.

And we were pretty proud to be named:

🏆 People’s Choice Winner
🥈 2nd Place Overall

Huge shoutout to everyone who came by, voted, cheered us on, and helped make the night so great. The competition was fierce, the BBQ was delicious, and the association showed up big.

One of our favorite parts of the evening was having our SynergyBuilt families there with us. Seeing our team, spouses, and children all enjoying the night together made an awesome event even better.❤️

We were also proud to cheer on Jay McClain’s Supplier Director campaign and celebrate the incredible momentum and support behind his efforts. Seeing so many people rally around someone who cares deeply about this industry was pretty awesome.

Nights like this remind us the best thing we build is the community around us. And what an amazing community it is!

🍖 B**r, Butts & BBQ: 10/10 will do it again! See you next year! 😎
