Good morning! We had a beautiful sky this morning! Pictures from our deck! Today our guests enjoyed a delicious breakfast that included scrambled eggs(fresh from our Hippie Chicks!) thick, crispy bacon, oven breakfast potatoes, homemade sourdough bread, toasted and buttered with homemade jelly on the side, fresh fruit cup and yummy coffee cake! Today I was experimenting with a different type of breakfast that could be added to our B&B menu!

Breakfast pizza! Jamey and I loved it! Here’s the ingredients:

Homemade pizza crust-pre baked.
Scrambled eggs-slightly undercooked.
A couple cloves of garlic-sliced.
Roasted cherry tomatoes-fresh from our garden of course!
Cheddar cheese.
Crispy bacon.
Salt and pepper

Bake for 10-12 minutes, 400 degrees in a cast iron skillet

What do you think? I think I would add peppers and green onions next time.
