The effect of the new host Airbnb rules on the Sunset View Yurt of Applegate Valley

Since it's all over the news these days, let me tell you how these changes will affect your guest experience here. Simply put, pretty much not at all.
Most of you know that I have never charged a cleaning fee. I do all if the cleaning myself. The only "chores" I have requested is that you hand wash any mugs, plates, etc in the utility sink and leave them to dry. I can now only ask that you leave them in the sink. The other request has been for you to leave used towels and robes in the hamper in the bathroom
How I can only ask you to leave them in the bathroom, but not specifically in the hamper in the bathroom. Uh huh. Anyway...you are still free to put the towels in the hamper, but I can't ask you to do it.

See you at the Yurt! We still have a few dates available in November and some in December as well. Most dates are available for 2027. We accept bookings one year in advance. We have a flexible cancelation policy which means you can cancel up to 24 hours before check in for a full refund.

OPEN DATES DUE TO A LAST MINUTE CANCELATION!!

Hey, Purtee Yurtees and Purtee Yurtee Wannabees!
A late cancelation has opened up the next SEVEN days at the yurt. That's tomorrow, Thursday, October 15th through Wednesday, October 21st. The weather is lovely, so whadd'ya think??

Price is $107 night which includes everything. No additional fees. The entire Airbnb service fee is now charged to the host.
