A personal note: from the beginning of learning our son, Houston Saint Clarke was going to be born with it feels like we've had thousands of questions. Some of which there are answers to, some of which are a bit tougher. One "answer" to a question that we never asked has been the response of our local community, our literal neighbors...the Granville, Heath, and Newark community at large.

Im STUNNED by this community. The grace, the care, the prayers...I didn't think was possible by strangers. A thank you from our family - my self, my wife Mary Ann and our son JC is just not enough. Our newly weds, and our vendor partners have been nothing short of amazing as well.

What was supposed to be a series of open heart surgeries has been cut short due to an unsuccessful response from Houston. We're now on a path towards a heart transplant which is a long road ahead. But our faith, our community, the support we've received, and grace has brought us this far and grace will lead us home.

We look forward to continuing to serve this community at The Orchard House with our little slice as this community has served us so well.

The new Orchard House is upon us...a couple weddings into the 25' season and I'm still in shock. In shock of the warm welcome into Granville, In shock of the gratitude of the effort thats been poured into this place, in shock of the amazing couples we've had the pleasure of interacting with. Today, we hosted the newest Bailey family. They honored God, and it was an honor to be a part of it.

We look forward to serving more couples in central Ohio.

It has been a wild and wonderful 2 months ! the way you've welcomed us into the community, the complexities and hardships of a very old home, the satisfaction of breathing more life into it, a roller coaster is the only appropriate way to describe it. Hi ! We are the new owners of the Orchard House 👋. We are just barely getting settled in and have a lot of work to catch up on. We are so excited to join the Granville community. I'm Joe, my wife Mary Ann and our son Joseph Clarke III who goes by JC. There's a lot of info we are figuring out as fast as possible and we know so many people are excited to check out all the changes. Foraging flowers from the property is something we’ve enjoyed being able to do on the estate’s 12 acres. We’ve planted intentionally and allowed an area of the property to grow in a natural way.
