Stefan and I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year. We want to thank each and every one of you for choosing our resort in the past for your vacation retreat. We have enjoyed the past 27 years and will cherish all the memories and good times we have shared with you. It was very hard to make the decision to retire and to leave our home, friends, church and business. But, for all things there is a season and it was time. I would like to introduce Pat Mangat, a young man from California who is the new owner. He is very excited to take the reigns. Please welcome him as he starts his new adventure. His father, Paul Mangat will also be assisting in the business. We will miss you all and have now made our new home in Clearwater, Florida. Keep a watch on the sunrises for me. Peace be with you.
