🔥 SO...WHAT EXACTLY IS AN A-CREW HOTSHOT? 🔥
We introduced the A-Crew Hotshots and a few brave souls have already raised their hands. 🙋
But we're not done.
Angie's on Plank + Rousseau Bar are building a CREW.
So, why Hotshots?
There's actually a little story behind the name.
I've had an interest in wildland firefighting for years, and one of the things I admire about a great crew is pretty simple:
Everybody has a job. But everybody gets the job done.
That's exactly the kind of people I'm looking for.
🔥 The person who's dependable.
🔥 The person who notices what needs to be done.
🔥 The person who jumps in when someone else is getting buried.
🔥 The person who's willing to learn something new.
🔥 The person who can work at more than one location or learn more than one position.
🔥 The person who brings solutions, ideas and a little common sense to the table.
🔥 The person you WANT walking through the door when things are about to get busy.
That's an A-Crew Hotshot.
And here's the important part:
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE ONE YET.
You don't need years of restaurant experience.
You don't need to know how to bartend.
You don't need to be looking for a full-time job.
Some of my best employees over the years have had careers and completely different day jobs.
Maybe this is your second job.
Maybe it's one or two shifts a week.
Maybe it's extra money.
Maybe you want to learn something completely different.
Maybe you're looking for a place where you can eventually take on more responsibility, help with projects, lead people or grow into management.
I'm looking for ALL of those people.
And I'm especially interested in the person who's reading this thinking:
"I don't know exactly what I'd do there...but I think I'd be good at it."
