One night, five courses, and a very good cause.

On October 6th, Chef Francis Derby of The Halyard joins Macari Vineyards for Chefs Against Hunger at Tellers Next Door, an intimate dinner where 100% of proceeds benefit Long Island Cares.

The evening opens with cocktail hour bites, then moves slowly through five courses rooted in the East End: local fish crudo, Peconic escargot, lobster cappelletti, Montauk monkfish, and a Nofo chicken ballotine. W**es from Macari Vineyards are poured alongside each course.

$250 per person, all of it going to Long Island Cares’ work fighting hunger across the island. Seats are limited. Reserve through the link in bio.

An evening at the table, the North Fork way. This fall, The Halyard Library opens its doors for a Monthly W**e Dinner Series: five courses built around what’s growing and what’s pouring, just miles from where you’re sitting. Each dinner pairs a local vineyard with a local farm. Seats are limited, and they go quickly.

$95 per person, plus tax – five courses, w**e pairings included.

Happy Labor Day! Let’s make the last one count.

We’re celebrating the holiday by the Sound with dinner, drinks, live music, and one last Low Tide night of the summer.

The Halyard is serving its $55 three-course Monday Prix Fixe in the Main Dining Room. It’s a holiday, so reservations are highly recommended!

Then head down to Low Tide Bar for one final summer night, open 5–9pm, with live music Chloe Halpin live from 6:30–9pm.

Grab a drink, catch the sunset, and help us close out Low Tide the best way we know how, together by the water. Cheers to Labor Day, a summer well spent, and one more night.
