One Weekend Dose pass is for 2 people, 1 guest room, all meals and drinks, and a daily activity.. a gin blending workshop at Matchbook, a trip out on the water to the pound trap, and a mini kitchen skills workshop with our chef in residence.

“I’ve visited the North Fork at least a dozen times, so I knew I would enjoy time in Greenport, but I didn’t expect to come home with an entirely new appreciation for the area. For three days, everything I ate, drank, and bought had a story to tell. Fishermen walked through the inn’s side door with the morning’s catch, straight from the Sound. The Lin’s chef-in-residence Meg Huylo plucked dill from the garden for an herb-packed frittata.”

The fish came out of the bay this morning.

By dinner it’s on the grill, passed across the table with tomatoes still warm from the garden and herbs picked a few minutes before they hit the plate. The cocktails are poured with spirits distilled just down the road at Matchbook.

Some guests pull up a chair at the communal table. Others wander off with their plates to a quieter corner of the garden.

There’s no right way to spend the evening. Just enjoying the place, drinking it in, discovering what it tastes like. All of this comes included in The Weekend Dose.

We love the afterglow of the dinner table.
