Our gardens were finally planted yesterday🌱, and we can't help but reminisce about last year's bounty, as seen in this photo! 📸 Yes, we're a bit behind schedule, but the unpredictable night weather was a challenge we couldn't overcome.
However, we're over the moon about the promise of our upcoming harvest, featuring an array of heirloom tomatoes, fragrant new herbs, a stunning variety of peppers, an assortment of squashes, delicate edible flowers, crunchy Pak Choi, and nutritious kale - the list goes on! 🌼🍅🌶️ And the most thrilling part? Chef Jeb is already envisioning the incredible dishes he'll craft with all this freshness at 368 Maine Restaurant!
