The wait is almost over! Join us Thursday, September 10th - 12th from 4-9pm for the phased opening of the Wood Fired Kitchen and Eddy Brennan’s tavern! 🥂

For our first phase, we’ll be serving up a selection of delicious appetizers and drinks at Eddy Brennan’s Tavern. 🍸🍴

We’ll be rolling out our full food menu in phases, so this is just the beginning of what’s to come!

Come raise a glass with us, enjoy some great food and drinks, and be among the first to experience the new Groton Hotel. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to tour the Groton Hotel and get a first look at all the renovations! We toured over 500 people!❤️

It was so special to welcome our community through the doors, share the history and vision behind this project, and give you a glimpse of what’s been taking shape behind the scenes.

One of our favorite parts of the day was hearing everyone’s stories and memories of the hotel from years ago. Hearing about the people, celebrations, and special moments that took place here reminded us just how much history and meaning this building holds for the community.

We’re getting closer and closer to opening our doors, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to experience the Groton Hotel for yourself!

Please note that the Groton Hotel will be hosting a private event on Saturday, August 1, and will not be open to the public that day.

We look forward to welcoming everyone during Groton Old Home Days on Saturday, August 22 from 12-3. We’ll be opening our doors for tours. We can’t wait to share the progress with you!

The Fire Is Officially Lit 🔥

Pete Clare and Chef Adam June fired up our brand-new wood-fired pizza oven for the very first time, bringing the heart of our future kitchen to life.

Do you have an old photo of the Groton Hotel from back in the day? 📸

As we bring this historic building back to life, we’re creating a first-floor display called “Yesteryears at the Groton Hotel” to showcase memories and moments from when the hotel was a major focal point of our community.

We’re looking for 8x10 photos to be donated that you may have taken at the hotel over the years. Photos can be submitted digitally or as physical copies.
