Decided we wanted to feel Irish tonight. Tried The Galway Irish Public House in Gulf Shores. Very good!! We went basic on the beer and didn't get any fun drinks but nade up for the calories with food. We tried the Scotch Egg as a starter. People don't skip the Scotch Egg, we have been to Scotland twice and this blew those out of the water. We then tried the Lucky sprouts, very tasty. I had the leek and potato soup ( I know, I am way too young to be ordering soup for dinner in September). Hubby tried the patty melt, he said it was delicious and he is a tough critic.
