Airbnb the cohost/manager payout is on NET booking for rents then 100% of the cleaning fee -HOWEVER with Airbnb new model Airbnb is pocketing 15.5% off the top ,the gross charges ALL charges rents, admin, fee, parking, and cleaning - so that is actually 19-20% profit - WTF Oh and on the payment receipt to the renter it doesn't show that Airbnb is taking money so it looks as if we the hosts once again are greedy -
