Waunita Hot Springs Ranch is proud to introduce our new chef, Nick Brunel. Beginning Nov 1, for our overnight guests, Nick will be offering breakfast along with dinner by reservation. You may have tasted his creations locally or at his recently owned and operated restaurant, Dandelion’s Cafe, in Evergreen. Also, keep your calendar open for more soup, salad and soaks this winter.
