Check out some of the before and afters! The layout was all wrong. After we bought it and started tearing up we found way more issues than we were expecting so it came down to the studs. New electrical, plumbing, and hvac which isn’t the fun stuff but we loved adding the large pantry and changing it to an open floor plan with large dining room.

Customer wanted a bigger more usable porch. We tore down the old removed old concrete and repoured a new 12x63 slab and built this nice covered patio for them. Thanks to Chancy and Brielle for their business.
