Step inside the imaginative world of Utopia Joe—renowned designer, artist, and television personality. The gallery showcases his signature furniture, bold artwork, and distinctive handcrafted pieces that have been featured on HGTV and PBS. Each display celebrates his playful aesthetic and deep passion for color, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
🎨 Tipsy Artist® Painting Workshops
Downstairs, creativity comes alive through the Tipsy Artist® Paint Palace, where guests of all skill levels enjoy fun, uplifting painting classes and artistic events. Known for its joyful atmosphere and welcoming instruction, the studio has become a favorite destination for locals and travelers seeking inspiration, relaxation, and community.
🏛️ Long-Term Loft & Commercial Rentals
The second floor of the Osage Building features two beautifully restored historic lofts, and the first floor includes a charming commercial space. While these units are currently fully leased, we occasionally offer long-term rental opportunities. Although the Osage Building previously hosted award-winning overnight loft stays—including recognition as the “Most Unique Bed and Breakfast in Oklahoma”—we are no longer offering short-term lodging.
