We had a wonderful time at the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce's Arrive@5 at TownePlace Suites Hadley-Amherst by Marriott Hadley Amherst. Thank you to Joan for the warm welcome and tour!

We loved learning more about this great addition to our community. With spacious suites, kitchenettes, and convenient access to Northampton and the surrounding area, it's another great local resource for visiting family members and prospective students looking for a more independent place to stay.

Yidstock: The Festival of New Yiddish Music | From July 10 to 13, at Yiddish Book Center.

This four-day festival includes musicians and performers at the forefront of the Yiddish music scene. In addition to seven concerts, the lineup also includes four workshops, nine talks, and two special tours, all in celebration of Yiddish music, language, and culture.

The Story Behind Our Hotel

"I would like to take a moment to share the history of this hotel. When we arrived here in 1988, it was home to a 23-unit motel, but it was also where my family lived. This site was our home, where my brother [Kishore Parmar] and I played and learned the value of hard work. Much like the many multi-generational farming families in Hadley, this is our farm and our legacy. As future generations explore their heritage, they will discover a marker here that tells the story of where our immigrant journey began.
