If anyone is interested in purchasing a whole or half a hog shoot us a message! These are not small hogs for bbq. One of our whole hogs will yield roughly 160 pounds of mild breakfast sausage, ground pork, pork chops, ribs, etc. packaged and vacuum sealed.
We will fill out a cut sheet and get it butchered the way you want it. A whole hog will run about $1000 and if I paid enough attention in school, a half will be around $500 (this year we are charging $5 per pound hot carcass hanging weight)
***if you want bacon instead of uncured pork belly the cost will be a little higher***
Our heritage breed pigs are raised outside, haven’t been fed or treated with antibiotics, eat grain that’s grown locally and most importantly they’re raised by us, your farmers 🇺🇸 Get you some pork that’s got some flavor. Good meat ain’t cheap and cheap meat ain’t good folks. You’ll taste the difference.
Pork will be ready around May 8th! A $100 deposit will be needed to reserve your hog!
