The camping season may be over, but there’s still plenty to talk about! Throughout the offseason, we’ll be sharing questions about camping setups, favorite recipes, local spots, and more.

We know our campers have plenty of experience, opinions, and helpful advice—and we want to hear yours! Whether you’re a lifelong tent camper, a brand-new RV owner, or somewhere in between, we want to hear from you!

As we close for the season today, we’d like to thank everyone who helped make Wakeda’s 61st season such a wonderful one! We’re disappointed that Mother Nature didn’t cooperate during our final week, but a rainy ending doesn’t take away from a great summer together.

To our wonderful campers: thank you for another fabulous season! You are the best community, and we appreciate the incredible camping spirit you bring to Wakeda. We know there are many exceptional campgrounds to pick from, and the Wakeda family truly appreciates that you choose to spend your time with us.

To our spectacular staff: thank you for your dedication, hard work, wonderful senses of humor and exceptional customer service . You keep Wakeda going, and your care and effort shine through in everything you do. We are so grateful for each of you!

We already look forward to welcoming everyone back on May 15, 2027, for our 62nd season!

Although the campground is closed for the season, Amanda and Laura are in the office throughout the fall and winter, and we are accepting reservations for 2027! Feel free to call or submit a reservation request online—we’ll happily help you get booked for next year.

The Trading Post will be open throughout the weekend! We have half price ice cream, coffee shop on Saturday morning, camping supplies, Wakeda merch and much more!

*Friday: 5pm-9pm
*Saturday: 8am-11am and 4pm-9pm
*Sunday: CLOSED- *Coffee and donuts will be sold in the office on Sunday morning if you need caffeine and a sweet treat! 🍩☕

Today is a beautiful day to visit the Hampton Falls Farmers Market! Today on the Hampton Falls town common from 2:30pm-6:30pm!
