Our Story
Each cabin is nearly 1,500 square feet and fully furnished offering two floors of rustic charm. You'll be right at home in the full kitchen, dining room, and living room.
All golf course cabins and mountaintop cabins #3 and #4 have a full bathroom downstairs, a queen bedroom downstairs, two single beds in the common way upstairs, a second queen bedroom upstairs with a half bath attached. Mountaintop cabins #1 and #2 have a full bathroom downstairs, a queen bedroom downstairs, and four single beds in the common area upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and blender. In the cupboards and drawers you will also find both water and wine glasses, mugs, pots, pans, bakeware, plates, bowls, silverware, and cooking utensils. Also provided for you are bed linens, pillows and towels. Please keep in mind that there is no daily maid service. All cabins have air conditioning and heat. We are pet friendly! The golf course cabins have wi-fi as well.
The golf course cabins have front & back decks, and the mountatintop cabins have front decks. You'll find a charcoal grill outside, charcoal is not provided but you will find grilling utensils in the kitchen! A fire pit is also provided outside each cabin so you can enjoy roasting marshmallows or just sitting by the warmth of the fire. No camp fire burning is allowed from March 14 - May 14 due to NYS DEC yearly burn ban. You can purchase fire wood from Bass & Sons Lumber and it will be delivered to your cabin before you arrive. Ask about firewood prices when making your reservation. We recommend you bring outdoor folding chairs to sit in while you enjoy the fire.
The cabins are available year round offering golfers, hikers, kayakers, fisherman, hunters and people who just want to enjoy the fall foliage and spectacular views and watch the birth of the Delaware River.

Our office hours are: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. You do not have a confirmed reservation by submitting an email. You may call 607-637-5253 to make an immediate reservation during our normal office hours.

Play & Stay Packages
We offer play and stay golf packages to our guests any day of the week. We can customize a golf package to fit your needs and interests. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and unlimited golf and cart along with your cabin rental for any size group. Send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 607-637-5253 with how many nights you’d like to stay, the number of people in your party, and what you would like included and we will send you package pricing. Don’t know what you’d like included or what would be best for your group? Ask for package options! Just send us how many people are in your group and what days of the week you’d like to visit and we will send you options to choose from. We allow up to 6 people per cabin and the larger the group the larger the deal!
