Job description
We’re looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor's responsibilities include checking in/out guests, handling their requests, and taking reservations. The night auditor also preps and stocks breakfast for the attendant who will be here to serve the guests during breakfast hours. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Check-in/out guests, answer phones, and take reservations
Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
Public area cleaning checklist
Prepare and stock breakfast items and run breakfast until the attendant is here to take over.
Reconcile accounts
Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
Help prepare for forecasts and audits
Skills

Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
An eye for detail
Good problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
The ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work overnight, holidays, and weekends

The Breakfast Ambassador must actively perform the following general responsibilities: Check inventory levels of all items on the buffet and replenish items as needed, greet guests and offer assistance to guests in need, clean tables, chairs, buffet counter and empty trash, floors, assisting with breakfast ordering, bi-weekly deep cleaning and other various duties. All Breakfast Ambassadors must complete and receive certification in the Breakfast Ambassador Breakfast Training available through ChoiceU, in addition to obtaining a food handlers license. We will have on-the-job paid training as well. After breakfast hours we have laundry and housekeeping staff that will need assistance as well. Experience is a plus but not necessary!
