Join the Preserve team on Thursday, July 2 to learn about some of the plant species that grow in the riparian zone of the Kentucky River at Shaker Landing! Riparian (meaning "near flowing water") plants are tolerant of occasional flooding and are generally only found in areas that are consistently moist.
