Hope Springs Farm is a relaxed countryside venue in SW Missouri, designed to bring people together for overnight retreats, weddings & events.

Our farm is an operational beef cattle farm, as well as an active bird preserve for pheasant, chukar, and quail hunting. Our venue is the centerpiece to the farm. We have great amenities you'll love for your event, wedding, or retreat.

**The Farm Hall - Where we gather to eat, drink, and socialize. 3,000 SF of climate controlled space with restrooms & catering prep area.

**Authentic Barn - Our 1

00 year old barn sits only steps away from the Farm Hall, and with two separate spaces, it's great for breakouts, activities, games, cocktails, and wedding ceremonies.

**The Cottage - The Cottage is a favorite space among guests. It features a living space, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1.5 baths, a claw foot tub, and a back deck to sit & soak up the fresh farm air.

**The Bunkhouse - The Bunkhouse is a rustic, open room with bunks for 16 guests, along with a kitchenette and a full bath. It's a perfect space for overnight retreats and for groomsmen getting ready for weddings.

**The Courtyards - The Courtyards surround the Farm Hall and the Barn. They can be used as a multipurpose space for activities, wedding ceremonies, and an area to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

We've been MIA for a while now, and we've missed connecting with our friends and followers!

Life took an unexpected turn for us on April 25th when my husband crashed his airplane. Thankfully, he's home and recovering now, but it was certainly an experience that has changed our lives. To make the day even more memorable for me, I was in the middle of coordinating a wedding when the crash happened. I'm so grateful for my amazing assistant, who stepped in and finished out the day flawlessly.

The recovery process for my husband is a long one, and we're taking it one day at a time. In the meantime, we're still here---giving tours, hosting events, and celebrating beautiful weddings. We appreciate all your support, prayers, and patience during this season, and we're looking forward to reconnecting with you all more. Thank you all for being part of our journey. ❤

Wedding planning is certainly a labor of love, and let's face it, some people either don't love it or don't have the time for it. We designed our all-inclusive packages to give our couples access to a seamless wedding planning experience while minimizing stress levels and staying within budget. Right now, our all-inclusive packages are for micro weddings for up to 30 guests, but we are in the works of designing a NEW all-inclusive package for up to 100 guests! Details coming soon!

What does an all-inclusive look like here? Hanna & Joe did it so well with the help of friends, family and professionals. They had the prettiest Fall wedding!

Even in December, Abby and Sean created pure magic on the farm --- saying "I do" under the open sky, then celebrating with a warm, cozy reception in the Farm Hall. It was a beautiful winter wedding day on the farm. ❤

We are so excited to partner with Equipped Fitness to host a 5K trail run (or walk!) on the farm May 9th! We've wanted to do this for a long time and have been working on the layout and design of the trail. We posted a blog this morning with all the race details! Check it out! 👇

Top amenities to look for in a wedding venue in my opinion:

On-site overnight accommodations -- this can also mean you have a nice large getting ready space (not just one room) to feel at home in. More comfortable = more relaxed on wedding day.

Flexible Spaces indoors & out: Choose a venue that gives you flexibility in the spaces you're using for pre-wedding activities, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party.

Vendor options: Find a venue that lets you choose your own vendors but also has great vendor referrals.

Views: Not just the basic ceremony spot either. Look everywhere, for the sake of your wedding photos. You want as many outdoor and indoor options as you can get.

Laid back: How a space feels to you is so important. You'll be there all day, sometimes multiple days. Choose a place that feels peaceful.

Landscaping: Year around landscaping and scenery is a must have for a venue. Think water features, evergreens, and even some cool architecture!

After our big remodel last year, I started a list of other things I wanted to improve on at the venue for the next few years rather than continuing to add new things like we usually do. You know when you make one space better, everything else starts looking a little meh? 😅

Improving this back patio/courtyard area is our current big project that is underway. We tore out all the old fencing and walls directly behind the Farm Hall and poured concrete for the sidewalls for a more clean look and modern space. (Also the walls will be great if we decide to do the future expansion I have in mind)

We are building a new gas fire pit that will be placed behind the building out of the view of the waterfall. We will have a larger new pallet wall in the back to block the view of the parking area, and we're also creating an outdoor bar area and photo opt area here. Our pavilion is getting moved back here so that it doesn't block the view of the new front windows. Our storage room and kitchen area already got some upgrades too! We are working hard this winter to create cleaner, elevated spaces both inside and out.

I am so stoked for our couples who have booked with us this year and for our Airbnb guests too! They will all have access to this space. Thanks to our awesome friends and guests for most of these ideas and recommendations. We take them seriously if you can't tell! 😍
