just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to so many incredible people ❤️

This weekend was our very first homeschool and community prom, and seeing it all come together was something truly special.

To the kids… you all were AMAZING. Watching you dance, laugh, and just be yourselves was hands down the best part of the night. As a mom and as the one hosting this event, getting to experience those moments right alongside you meant everything to me.

To the parents… thank you for trusting us with your kids. That means more than you know, and I truly hope they had as much fun as it looked like they did!

Special thanks to the following:
• First and foremost, my MOM… thank you for always being right beside me through all of my crazy ideas. I couldn’t do any of this without you
• Denise and Darleen… thank you for helping us create something so beautiful. You were both amazing, and I am truly blessed to have had your help
• Jessica Wallis… I truly could not have finished this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
• Aron Gill… thank you for the beautiful AND delicious cupcakes. Supporting this without even having a child attending says so much about your heart. Be sure to check out Arons House of Cake for your next event!

This night was such a success because of ALL of you.

We are so excited for what’s to come… more proms, homecoming, homeschool graduations, spring flings, karaoke nights, and whatever else we can dream up to give these teens a fun and safe place to just be themselves.

Thank you all again… this was just the beginning ❤️

Behind every crazy event, late night, and “how are we gonna pull this off?” moment… there’s my MOM. 💕

She shows up every single time. No questions asked, no complaints, just ready to help however she can. From running around, helping with setup, to keeping me sane in the middle of the chaos… I truly could not do any of this without her.

She’s not just the best mom… she’s my built-in best friend, and my biggest supporter!

I love you more than you know. Moss Play Plex wouldn’t be what it is without you 💕

✨ What a magical day at our Mommy & Me Princess Tea Party! ✨

The look in their eyes when they were talking and dancing with the “real” princesses… it made every bit of time and effort so worth it 🥹

We had the BEST time celebrating with all of our sweet princesses and their mamas 💕
It was such a special afternoon!

I’ve been seeing some posts about kids not being able to attend prom this year 💔

This actually hits home for me because my own kids would be included in this too.

It got me thinking… would there be any interest in a Homeschool + Community Prom at Moss Play Plex? 💃🕺

This would be open to homeschool, online, and any students who may not have a prom option.

We are beyond grateful for all of the amazing vendors and wonderful customers who came out today for our Festive Finds in Bloom Spring Market! 💐

Because of YOU, today was a huge success! The support, the smiles, the shopping, and the community spirit made it such a special day at Moss Play Plex. 🫶

We had fantastic door prizes, lots of winners, and SO much fun all throughout the day! 🎉🎁

We truly couldn’t do this without our incredible vendors who showed up with the best products and positive energy, and our customers who came ready to shop and support small businesses! 🛍️💖

We are so excited to share that this will now be an annual event 🌷 and we already can’t wait to do it all over again next year!
