Attention Riders!!! This is the image for the app Trail Treker. This is the app our Alliance works with directly for our mapping and all updates. This is the one we highly recommend to use as it represents the most accurate trails. It’s very easy to download and use.

We do request updates on other apps that are out there however some of those apps their mapping features and ability to change are not always the most advanced so while we do ask for those to be updated we do not rely on them as representation of our county map. Please use Trail Treker.

With that said, we have had some complaints of illegal riding near the 7 Winds Casino, the LCO Medical Center and Big Fish Golf, please please please do not drive on trails and routes that are not on the map and signed as legally open! This area is large and the center of our county, it would be very hard to navigate around without this area and it has been long discussions and agreements of respect to open these areas. You do not drive the wrong way on roads, you do not enter roads that say “do not enter”, you do not run stop lights and signs on roads…why do these things on side by sides and ATV’s? We cannot stress how hard volunteers work at advocating for our sport, trail use, road use and opening of trails. It’s a huge effort that takes money to build and maintain and the creation of many extra committees and volunteers going to many kinds of meetings such as forestry, townships, economics, county, and more to be your voice, don’t make fools of these people and break the laws. Speaking of laws, see the new added laws and abide them, they are simple and make perfect sense i.e. wear a seat belt, protect your eyes, etc, these laws are not taking away your fun, they are keeping you safe so you can ride for many years to come and make memories that are good and life long, not a memory of tragedy. Please keep yourselves and your loved ones safe.

Thank you ~

‼️Amazing news‼️

Additional county road sections in LCO has been approved for ATV/UTV traffic 👏 These sections will not be open until signed however they will be signed tomorrow morning.

A rough draft photo of the new routes is attached. The areas opening are;

➡️Hwy CC from New Post to Hwy NN. ➡️Hwy NN from Hwy B to Hwy N.
➡️Hwy CC from Hwy N to the Village of Couderay
Pending ➡️Hwy H from Hwy Cc to Hwy 27/70 (Helsings) is not 100% open yet but the Tribal Governing Board is working on a revision to their letter to include.

****IMPORTANT NOTE: These new sections are ONLY open May 1st-Oct 31th and DO have a 10pm curfew. Riding hours on these sections 6am-10pm.

This update will not show on a paper map until the 2027 maps are released
next Dec. But the updates have been completed on the maps on Trail Treker. This is why we always encourage riders to download this app as it provides the most up to date information. If you have purchased the Sawyer County maps on Trail Treker you will need to delete the maps and redownload them, you do not need to purchase them again. Ride Command will be updated in the near future.

Many thanks to the SC/LCO ad hoc committee for their hard work and commitment!!
