Our Hayward Area Chamber is proud to announce Harold & Jan Treland as this year’s 76th Musky Festival Grand Marshals!

They have shown a lifelong commitment to the Hayward area through their leadership, service, business ownership, and dedication to the community. From education and youth programs to recreation, tourism, and local organizations, their impact has been felt across the Hayward area for decades.

In the 1980s, Jan and Harold, along with other family members, became third-generation owners and operators of Treeland Resorts, helping grow the family business from a small fishing resort into multiple full-service resort locations. Today, Treeland Resorts continues as a longstanding Hayward-area business, now entering its 98th year.

Please join us in congratulating Harold & Jan Treland and thanking them for their many years of dedication, leadership, and service to the Hayward community!

We are honored to celebrate them as Grand Marshals!

What an incredible Memorial Day weekend! 🇺🇸

Huge thank you 🙏🏼 to everyone who visited and celebrated this past weekend with us.

From fun runs, fishing stories, boating fun, bus drop-ins, meat bingo, family reunions, birthdays…truly made it a fantastic weekend.

We’re especially grateful to share that we raised $1,200 💵 for the Winter School District Skills USA team heading to Nationals. Your generosity and support mean so much and will directly help these students continue building skills and opportunities for their future.

Feeling very thankful for this amazing community and everyone who showed up in so many ways. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
