Tomorrow night at Zelda’s Speakeasy & Piano Bar!

After the incredible response to our grand opening, we’re doing it all again tomorrow evening at Osceola Lake Inn.

If you were there last Saturday, you already know the vibe: live music, dancing, great food, signature cocktails, laughter, new friends, old friends, and a room full of people having a genuinely wonderful time.

Three years ago, most people would have looked at Osceola Lake Inn and seen an impossible project.

Today, the café is open, studios are occupied, events are happening, and a community is beginning to take shape.

We are now entering the next phase.

To secure long-term financing and complete the transformation, we are raising a Founding Steward round with a goal of $150,000.

We’re looking for a small group of people who believe places like this matter—places that support artists, makers, entrepreneurs, hospitality, wellness, and community.

Last Saturday’s grand opening of Zelda’s Speakeasy & Piano Bar was everything we hoped it would be and more. Guests arrived dressed to the nines, the music kept the energy high, the dance floor stayed busy, and there was so much laughter, great conversation, delicious food, and an absolutely electric atmosphere throughout the evening.

If you joined us and had a wonderful time, we would love to see you back again this Saturday! If you missed the grand opening, this is the perfect chance to experience the magic for yourself.

LAST CHANCE FOR TICKETS!

Tonight is the last chance to grab tickets for Zelda’s Speakeasy Grand Opening this Saturday, June 6 from 6–9 PM at Osceola Lake Inn. The evening will feature dueling pianos, signature cocktails, elegant small bites, passed hors d’oeuvres, and plenty of old-Hollywood-inspired atmosphere. The password is: You're invited. Our soft opening was an incredible success, and we are so grateful for everyone who joined us. The energy, laughter, music, and excitement made us even more excited to officially welcome everyone into the space this weekend.

Some rooms have a heartbeat the moment you walk in. Zelda's is one of them.

We're throwing open the doors for the first time on Friday, June 6th, and we're doing it right. The night pays homage to The Fabulous Baker Boys - smoky, seductive, alive with music - with a dueling piano bar that'll keep you on your feet (or slow-dancing, no judgment).

While the keys fly, our team will be moving through the room with elegant small bites and passed hors d'oeuvres - you can expect refined flavors, perfect for grazing between songs.

And at the bar? Our signature cocktail, crafted exclusively for opening night, is waiting to become your new favorite.

This is the kind of evening people talk about for years.

Okay guys… this one is really exciting.

Remember when we talked about creating a speakeasy at the Inn?

And then the idea of a dueling piano bar came up?

And then we partnered with the amazing ladies from Brit Chicks Catering and found out they’re not just caterers. They’re performers, singers, and absolute party-bringers.

Well. It’s finally happening.

Zelda’s Speakeasy is having its grand opening.

Join us Saturday, June 6 from 6–9 PM at Osceola Lake Inn for a luxe ticketed evening of dueling pianos, signature cocktails, elegant small bites, passed hors d’oeuvres, silk, smoke, and a little nod to one of the most iconic piano scenes in cinema.
