Owning a rental is wild because one day you'll get 5 stars then next 2 stars. People are just different. But we get some crazy complaints sometimes and I think it'll be fun to see some.

"We also think there is a septic issue, there was a puddle in front of the game room door that ever went away. The alarm kept going off."

So Covel is in a holler, the water table is very high. When it rains, puddles take a long time to disappear.

Renter waited till the end of their stay, to tell us our septic had an alarm going off.

So obviously we had the septic folks check it out.. full of baby wipes wrapped around the aerator for the tank. Wonder who did that...
