We're breaking ground on a brand-new on-site laundry house! No more hauling clothes across town after a long shift — soon you'll be able to do laundry right here at home.

We've got 115 sites total (95 uncovered, 20 covered) for working travelers who want an easy, convenient place to park close to the job. All bills paid — water, sewer, trash, and electricity included, *with up to $100 per month in electricity.

Big rig friendly, pet friendly, secure gated access, and propane on site!

More updates on the laundry house coming soon. Stay tuned!

✅ Water, sewer & trash — ALL included in your monthly rate
✅ Electricity — individually metered to YOUR site, so you only pay for what YOU use

We built our pricing to be fair, transparent, and stress-free — because you shouldn't have to think twice about your bill.

Electricity is billed directly through TXU Energy — we don't mark up or set the rate. The current rate is 9.9¢/kWh, but it's subject to change based on TXU's pricing
