Fall in Lake Chatuge just got a lot more delicious. The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge is bringing back its wild game dinner weekend, October 2–4, and it's one of our favorite traditions of the season. The Oaks Lakeside Kitchen will be creating a four-course wild game feast, each dish thoughtfully paired with w**es from Crane Creek Vineyards. Our chef and w**e experts will be on hand all evening to break down the flavors, the technique, and the pairing behind every course.
