In honor of National Wellness Month, we're spotlighting Healing Arts Practitioner Nalu Leon.

This month marks Nalu's 8th year with The Spa at Old Edwards! She joined Half-Mile Farm last summer and has treasured her time guiding guests to reset and learn more about how to help their bodies heal and minds quiet.

"Most days I have different types of treatments ranging from The Art of Couples massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and Sound Healing, not just massage therapy. I love the diversity of treatments, helping people feel good in their bodies, and educating my guests too."

When she's not greeting you warmly in the lobby or starting your day off with Rise & Shine Yoga on Wednesdays & Saturdays, Nalu enjoys time in nature with her dogs, paddle boarding, and knitting while watching a good movie.
