Renter must be 21 years of age. This is a non smoking home with a no pets policy. The house is an open concept Great Room dining area, kitchen in the center of the cottage with two bed rooms with a share full bath on each side of the great room. The lower unit has the same layout with 3 bedrooms an 2 full baths. A laundry room is located on the lower level for you convience. Sea mist was built in the 1960's but has modern upates. An older cottage with updates and very reasonable rental rates. About $150 per night on average for 8 people. That is less than $ 20 per person per night. The Cottage rents by the week with some exceptions. We strive to provide some new updates each rental season and keep costs as low as possible.
