We're hiring!

Do you love interacting with travelers from around the world who are seeing our beautiful islands on a budget? Do you enjoy a laid-back atmosphere in your work environment? Are you a self-starter and good at managing your own time? If so, then we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking to fill a front desk role at Seaside Hawaiian Hostel. We recently reopened to travelers and are looking to add another member to our awesome staff!

The role- front desk staff at the hostel. You will be reporting directly to the manager. This is a part time role, paid hourly, with the option to fill more hours. For any member of staff working more than 20 hours, health insurance will be provided.

For the right applicant, a live-in option on the hostel premise is an option.

Your responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
Recommending recreational activities
Managing reservations and answering guest emails
Cleaning (taking out trash, mopping, laundry, cleaning up after guests)
Communicate with guests about all amenities and be ready to assist at any time
Providing a friendly face

We are looking to fill the manager role at Seaside Hawaiian Hostel. We will be re-opening to travelers starting in June and are looking to fill this role as soon as possible.

The role- as manager of the hostel, you will be reporting directly to the owners. This is a full time position with a salary and health insurance.

Your responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
- assisting with hiring of full and part-time staff
- eventually organizing events and activities for guests once it is safe to do so
- ensuring that guests are able to check in, check out and enjoy their stay
- duties will be split between front desk work and assisting with our reservation system as well managerial work both on and offsite
