Hey everyone! We recently discovered that Google has mistakenly marked Big Buck Resort as permanently closed 😱 — but don’t worry, we’re very much open and ready for guests!

If you’ve seen the “permanently closed” message on Google, you can help us fix it by suggesting an edit to mark us as “Reopened.” 🏕️

Here’s how you can help:

However, please note that a boil water advisory is in effect until further notice. For your safety, we recommend boiling all water for at least one minute before using it for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or washing dishes.

Hey, friends! We want to keep you in the loop — at this time, we do not have an ETA for when the water will be turned back on. As soon as we receive an update, we’ll share it right here.

Once the water is restored, please note that there will be a boil water advisory in effect. That means water should be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for drinking, brushing teeth, or cooking.
