🎶"Genre-busting vocalist and songwriter Vana Liya made a serendipitous arrival on the music scene after she posted several ukulele covers of popular reggae songs to social media, which garnered the support of top original artists and led to a 2018 record deal with band Pepper's L.A.-based LAW Records, becoming their first female and first solo artist. She has since been quickly earning a reputation among many of her well-established musical peers as a solid collaborator who always brings a fresh take and positive energy to the mix with her distinct yet not easily classifiable “island” vibe.

Johnny Cosmic of Stick Figure signed on to produce her debut album, Little Kahuna, released in September 2021. Cosmic is currently working on Vana's sophomore record."

Lastnight was AMAZING!! ✨️🫶♥️

Another insane and incredible night in the books! It’s always a great time at Big B's Delicious Orchards and last night blew us away 🤯. That’s how you get down in a mountain town!

We have to give massive props to Riley Selleck for filling in on drums last night. He learned two hours of our music in 3 weeks and 2 practices and absolutely crushed the set 🥁. Great job man, thank you for joining us!

Also big thanks to Rob at Pickin' Productions, as well as Jeff, Jessie, and the entire staff at Big B’s. It’s truly a magical place. And big ‘ol shout to Daniel for keeping that sound tight.

It was incredible to see so many friendly faces who have been so supportive over the years and make Paonia/Hotchkiss feel like home away from home. It’s always great to meet so many new folks as well - and y’all absolutely threw it down last night!
