Good Afternoon, Eagles Roost Campers! Chandra and Danny are off on a cruise, so I am relaying a message from management. Good News!
Every Saturday and Sunday in March will now be a workday, if you so choose. Come on down to the campground, clean up your site, dust and wipe down your camper, make the beds, get ready for April 1 in the myriad of ways we do each year!
There will be no electricity or water, but the bathrooms at the office WILL be open.
If you must stay overnight, you may, and you may use your generator for heat and lights overnight.
CAUTION: You may not have a campfire. Insurance does not cover the campground when there is no water running in the campground.
Please contact your Eagles Roost friends and family and arrange to come down the same day or days, if you want. Tasks shared are tasks already half finished!
And, remember ONLY Saturdays and Sundays are open, not Friday or Monday.
I know, when I was camping there, I would have enjoyed the opportunity to get set up in March so that April 1 would really be the beginning of enjoying the new season!
