Did You Know?

Many people have heard of organizations like the Lions Club, Rotary, or Kiwanis. Freemasonry is similar in that we’re a nonprofit organization made up of local men who believe in giving back to their communities while encouraging personal growth, integrity, and lifelong learning.

For more than 170 years, St. Croix Lodge No. 56 has been part of the Hudson community. Our members support local charitable causes, scholarships, community events, and one another through a shared commitment to making a positive difference.

While some of our ceremonies and traditions are private, our values are not. They are built on honesty, respect, charity, and service to others.

True Charity Is Quiet.

As Masons, we are taught that the highest form of charity is done silently—not for applause, not for recognition—but because it is right.

This image reminds us:
"Do good with intention, not for attention."

Our actions should reflect our values: integrity, humility, brotherly love. When we give, let it be with a full heart, not a full camera roll.

Come out this coming Tuesday night September 3rd and celebrate the life of Brother Ronald Jansen. We'll be having a dinner in his honor starting at 630 pm and our first meeting back from dark, we'll tell stories and honor our brother who is now in the Celestial Lodge Above.
