An update from WillowWind RV Park:

First and most importantly, everyone is safe, and the park is open and welcoming guests!

During the flash flood on 10/22/26 in Hurricane, a shipping container in a residential subdivision upstream along Golds Wash was carried by floodwater into a wall, sending a rush of water into a small section of our park. The vast majority of the park was unaffected, and the water that did enter quickly receded.

We also want to clarify an inaccurate claim circulating on Facebook: 50-60 RVs were NOT underwater.

The city temporarily shut off electricity as a precaution, and power was restored quickly after. Everything is back in order, with mud mostly cleaned up in the small affected section. We are continuing to take reservations and accommodate guests.

Thank you to everyone who checked on us, our guests for their patience, and the city crews for their help. We appreciate your concern and support!

Often overshadowed by nearby Zion, Snow Canyon State Park is a surreal desert wonderland boasting fiery red rock formations and striking vistas just a stone's throw from St. George.

For the ultimate quick, easy, and incredibly rewarding morning stroll, Jenny's Canyon is unbeatable.

Clocking in at a mere 0.3 miles round-trip, this trail is quite short, making it less of a hike and more of a delightful morning exploration.

The flat path of soft desert sand leads you directly into a "mini slot canyon". Walking into the narrow, sculpted sandstone walls as the morning light filters down from above is a phenomenal experience.

Because of its brevity, it is an ideal trail to tackle right at sunrise with a cup of tea or coffee in hand.

You can enjoy the fun of the echoes and climbing in all the little nooks and crannies of the slot canyon. It is the perfect spot to get a taste of Utah's famous slot canyons without requiring any technical gear or mileage.
