Rivercreek Campground Members
Due to a question from a member about how many nights can a guest’s camper/tent, etc. stay in the campgrounds, the Board voted that Rule No. 5 was amended to read as follows. “If a non-member camps in a separate facility, i.e. camper, tent, or etc. those visitors are limited to 4 adults plus their minor children per Rivercreek Campground card. Non-members are allowed 2 such visits per year, limited to 2 nights/2days; then that visitor must become a member. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests and will be held accountable for their actions. Non-member guests must leave with the member”
Appreciation Day is September 23, 2023. Fishing derby will start at 7:00 a.m. for ages 12 and under and adults. Corn hole tournament starting at 1, sign up begins at 12, $5.00 entry fee which will be split into prize money. There will be an egg toss and balloon toss to start prior to supper. Supper will a hog roast provided by Jeff Ansel and Trisia Wilson. Members are to bring their own silverware/napkins/plates/drinks along with a covered dish of some kind. There will be a 50/50 drawing, please get a hold of Monie Arnett, Sue Keazer or Ashley Cain to purchase tickets. Appreciation day prizes will take place after supper. A more detailed time schedule will be posted at the lease or in an updated email.

RIVERCREEK CAMPGROUND RULES 2023
No one under the age of 16 on grounds without Rivercreek Campground member. No one under the age of 18 years old on the grounds after midnight without an adult Rivercreek Campground member
Speed limit is 10 mph everywhere at River-creek and the back trails. This will be strictly enforced. Those who are constantly warned about excessive driving will lose riding and driving privileges from the grounds.
No fi****ms are allowed on the grounds.
Members are allowed to have guests, Not to Exceed (NTE) 4 adults plus their minor children, day picnic or visit with them over night, for a total of 5 visits per year, provided that this privilege is not abused. However, if in the opinion of the Groundskeeper, Rivercreek Campground President, Vice-President, or Secretary that a member is abusing the privilege they may suspend Rivercreek Campground member=s privilege. The suspension may be appealed to the Board. If a member continues to abuse their privilege, their membership maybe terminated.

Members are allowed one guest to bring any 3-wheeler, 4-wheeler, side by side, dirt bike, mini bike, go cart, golf cart, or any motorized off-road vehicle into the campgrounds. Member must notify the caretaker when a guest is bringing in any of the above.
Anyone 14 years and younger are required to wear a seat belt when operating or riding in a UTV off road vehicle anywhere in the campground.
Anyone 14 years and younger are required to wear a helmet when riding a 4-wheeler, 3-wheeler or motorcycle anywhere in the campground.
Anyone 16 years and younger are required to have an adult accompany them on the trails.
Absolutely no swimming in ponds, no boats on ponds. Members must pick up their own trash while fishing.
Limit of 4 fish per day per Rivercreek Campground card. A fine will be assessed, not exceed $10 per fish, after 4 on a stringer and the excess fish will be returned to pond. All guests may only fish with a member. Fishing Nets are prohibited.
Members are responsible for keeping trash picked up and deposited in dumpsters. No burning trash. Please be responsible. If caught leaving trash in any park area and around ponds, you will be subject to disciplinary action.
Camp fires in barrels provided and approved fire pits only. If the county issues a burn ban, it will be posted. This means no campfires at that time. (general rule of thumb is if the wind exceeds 15 mph there should be no campfires)
Keep all vehicles off the d**e at all times. This is a state law. This includes bicycles, ATV'S and horses, must keep away from d**e at least 10 feet from each side. ATV’S must limit riding on all other roads except to gain access to ATV riding area, which is the back road.
Mufflers are required on all vehicles including ATV’S.
No recreational vehicles shall be ridden before 9:00 a.m. or after sundown, unless they have lights and reflectors. No recreational vehicles shall be ridden after 11:00 p.m.
Camper drains not to be run on the ground. Please use dump station. Absolutely no hoses.
All camping patio mats/rugs are to be picked when the camper is not being occupied. This observance may help in keeping the grass alive.
All campers and trailers left unoccupied shall be checked in a timely manner by owner and cannot be left at any one campsite more than 30 days without being moved to another campsite. 30-day rule will be in effect during camping season April 1st through October 31st during the camping season.
The fee for electrical hookups is $5.00 per night, year around. If you are in an electrical spot plugged in or not, you will be charged. All charges are subject to change. The groundskeeper or his designee will collect all fees. Anyone owing fees for electric and gets behind 14 days or more may be assessed additional charges not to exceed $20 per occurrence. All campers not moved from an electric spot prior to 2:00 p.m. will be charged for that day.
All electrical dues must be paid weekly if you leave your camper in an electrical spot.
All animals must be on a leash. If you have a dog that is aggressive or has the potential of biting another member, leave it at home. You will be responsible for injuries to other people.
All campers must have a card with owner=s information posted in the window, in case of emergency.
We do have storage for campers, toyhaulers and travel trailers at $15.00 a month, the price is still the same no matter how many days a month you are parked there 1 or 30 days.
Any illegal activity or abuse of the grounds will not be allowed and reported to the Rivercreek Campground caretaker and Rivercreek Campground board of directors.
No keg parties allowed. No parties or loud music allowed without prior approval of the board of directors.
Outside organizations will only be allowed to use the grounds with prior approval from the board of directors.
Anyone caught giving access to the grounds that is not a member will be subject to disciplinary action up to losing all privileges to the grounds. Do not give anyone your code to the gate.
No one shall use an extra electrical outlet. If you want to charge a golf cart, use your existing outlet or use your camper as an outlet. If you use an additional outlet to charge a golf cart, you will be charged the $5.00 per night.
Anyone who burns up an electrical outlet and it is deemed to be caused from the camper side will be charged for that outlet. You need to check your plug end for wear, soft or melted ends. If your camper burns up two outlets you will be required to have your camper checked for problems.
Any fighting, obsessive arguing, excessive use of inappropriate language, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension, dismissal from the campground, or termination of their Rivercreek Campground membership.
