Holiday Inn Express Downtown Kansas City recently won the Spirit of True Hospitality Excellence for 2022 presented by IHG. This award is given to hotels that achieved the highest levels of excellence within all departments. Only 261 out of 3,900+ Holiday Inn Express Hotels around the world were able to achieve it.

Excited to share the first 2023 announcement of the newest acquisition the Hampton Inn Kansas City-Overland Park hotel located in south Overland Park, steps away from College Boulevard, Corporate Woods and few miles from the Sprint Campus. Overland Park, Kansas area attractions include shopping centers, golf courses, sports complex, sporting events, museums and theme parks.

This property features 133 rooms, offering complimentary high-speed wireless internet, onsite fitness facility and outdoor pool. We look forward to serving this great community.

Introducing the opening of the first full-service hotel in our portfolio, Holiday Inn Kansas City Downtown. This marks our entrance into the food and beverage world. This challenging in-house conversion features 108 amazing rooms with a full bar & restaurant and other great amenities for guests to enjoy while visiting Downtown Kansas City.

We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of our first extended stay property within our portfolio, Homewood Suites by Hilton KansasCity/Overland Park. Hotel is located just a mile from the Corporate Woods Business Park as well as the Sprint/Nextel Corporate Campus. In addition to being close many area businesses the hotel is close to many area restaurants, golf courses and shopping complexes.
