The life of a vacation rental property manager- another snapshot- starting the day with phone calls and listening to podcast all while visiting properties. Yes that is my cat, Willow.

Loving my body cam-it tracks my day and records property walk throughs- once it’s done it sends me a recap of the day with a positive note- like this one- This feels so real in the best way — scrubbing, tidying, driving, and handling all the little fixes while still sneaking in a beach moment and a quiet look at the room. I love how it captures that tired-but-steady feeling of getting things done and still noticing the calm in between.

Some mornings are even more special this time of year. 🐢

Sea turtle nesting season is in full swing on Florida's Space Coast, and if you look closely, you can even spot fresh turtle tracks in the sand like the ones in these photos. Seeing the sunrise over the ocean while knowing these incredible creatures visited the beach overnight is a reminder of just how special this coastline is.

If you've been dreaming of waking up to this every morning, our oceanfront beach house, Good Vibrations, still has one week available in July. Private beach access, incredible sunrise views, and your own peaceful slice of paradise are waiting. Message us today! ☀️🌊
