Last night the 2026 Lodge Officers were installed during a great evening of friendship and fellowship. In attendance was the Most Worshipful Grand Master of Maryland Masons, Brother Randy Watson. We wish the best of luck to the 2026 Lodge Officers for a great upcoming year!

This morning in a joint ceremony held along with St. Florian 911 Lodge, four Brothers were raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason. Brother's Cobb, Lenhard, Quinlan were raised as members of Perserverance and Brother James Shaffer is the newest Master Mason of St. Florian. Both lodges were well represented during the ceremony. Several Masons from Prince Frederick Lodge were also in attendance. At the conclusion of the ceremony, Past Master Dickie Cutlip had the honor of presenting Brother Cobb with a Master Mason ring that belonged to his grandfather who was a Master Mason at Perserverance in the early 1950's. After additional presentations, a great meal was shared among the brethren and guests. Many thanks to all those who participated in today's ceremony, as it will be remembered by our new Master Masons for the rest of their lives.

This afternoon Brother's Bo Hancock, Chris Dobry, and Cliff Montgomery traveled to Reedville Virginia to recognize Brother Curtis Twiford with a certificate and lapel pin. Brother Twiford is the eldest living Past Master of Perseverance Lodge #208 . Brother Twiford served as Master of the lodge in 1972. After an afternoon of fellowship with Brother Twiford and wife Patricia, Brother Twiford proudly showed off his retired charter boat "Nannet" while giving a quick tour of downtown Reedville. Thank you Brother Curtis for your hospitality and service to the lodge and Freemasonry.
