We regret to inform our guests that we are closed from September 7th, 2017 until further notice for Hurricane Irma. We will be postponing any and all events, groups, and arrivals for this time. Our staff hopes for the best and safest outcome possible and we encourage everyone to evacuate and heed all warnings and advise from local officials. The Chesapeake Beach Resort staff were Honored to have welcomed Pink Heals and their trucks to Islamorada for their event. Pink Heals goes to different cities across America to help raise money for community members with illnesses. These individuals make sure that all funds are kept local and to help locals. Our staff was proud and excited to assist them during their stay here.

We are happy to host the 2015 Patriot Run & Car Show, Saturday September 12, 2015! Come out to enjoy the car show, some music,and good food and drinks! The Mustangs will be arriving around noon with a police es**rt and the show is to kick off at 1pm. All are welcome to attend! The public is asked to park across the street and a deputy sheriff will cross you safely.
